- Our support team will respond within 2 business days and provide you with a refund form.
- Once you complete the form, we'll furnish you with a shipping address based on your location.
- Arrange for a courier to ship the device to us and provide us with the tracking code.
- Once we receive the tracking code, we'll process a full refund for the Nurosym kit (excluding shipping fee).
