If you’re no longer feeling the stimulation, we recommend turning on the Nurosym, placing the earpiece on your finger and increasing the energy level. If you can feel the pinching sensation, the earpiece is working. Try increasing the energy level slowly or applying a bit of moisture on the tragus.
If you can’t feel it on the finger, the earpiece might be broken. If your earpiece requires replacement and is outside of warranty, you can purchase a new one here. If it requires replacement within the warranty period, contact us.
